Summary: What would happen if Lois tried to cook?

Lois was frantic on the phone.
"Please, get an ambulance here, quickly. My husband and two kids are throwing up like crazy and are complaining of stomach pains. They've all passed out at least three times."
"Lois, is that you?"
"Yes."
"Help is on the way."
Lois hung up the phone.
"Mama," called out her older daughter, Lauren. "How could you do this to us?"
"I'm sorry. I thought I was helping."
Just then, there was a knock at the door. Lois answered it and said, "They are in the kitchen."

At the Hospital.
Two hours later.
The doctor came out and approached Lois.
"Lois, your husband and children are going to be just fine. If you hadn't called when you did they would all be dead. But how many times do I have to tell you not to cook? This is the fifth time this week and the hundredth time this year and it is only January."
Just then Lois snapped out of her daydream at the dinner table.
"No, don't eat it. I'll order a pizza."
