Summary: Just what *is* it about Lois that's got Clark so excited?

***

Clark escorted Lois to her front door after walking her home after their date. They'd been dating for quite a while now, but he still walked her home to make sure she was ok. Whereas she used to find that annoying, since she could take care of herself, she now found it very sweet that he was so protective. Finally they reached her door, and she found herself not wanting the evening to end. She wasn't ready to send him home yet. She turned around and leaned against the door, facing him.

"You wanna come in for a cup of coffee?"

He'd enjoyed being with her so much that night, and any time they spent together. The fact that she was dating him had him over the moon, sometimes literally! So he was in no hurry to end the evening and go home. He watched her turn to face him and lean against the door, eyeing him from beneath her lashes. He leaned forward slightly, pinning her gently to the door.

"Try and keep me out," he murmured huskily. The scent of her was driving him crazy; it had been all he could do to keep from wrapping himself around her during dinner. He lifted his arms and placed his hands on the door beside each of her shoulders, trapping her.

"Are you saying that if you come in, you might not go home tonight?" she asked coyly, lifting her hands to place them on his chest.

"If I come in, I might never go home again," he replied, leaning in for a kiss.

She lifted her face to meet his lips, sliding her hands up his chest to wind around his neck, pulling him closer. His hands left the door to slide around her waist, pulling her against his body. The kiss deepened until both were nearly out of breath. Finally she pulled away to breathe.

"Come in, Clark," she murmured, then reached blindly behind her back to unlock the door. She shoved the door open, they stumbled through, then Clark turned them around, and pushed it closed with his foot, never releasing his hold on her waist. They kissed their way to the couch, tumbling onto it when Clark pulled Lois down and rolled her beneath him. He immediately began nuzzling her throat, trailing his way up and down the smooth skin.

"I..I thought you wanted some…aahh," she sighed, "coffee."

"Mm-mmm," he murmured against her throat. "I'd rather have you."

She smiled blissfully, smoothing her hand over his dark head, then tightened her arms around him.

They continued this way for a while, just enjoying each other. She softly whispered his name as he continued to love her. When he reached up to brush his hand across her skin, she cried out.

He lifted his head, and looked up at her face in surprise. "You liked that?" he asked softly. Too enthralled with what he was doing, she merely nodded. He continued his actions, drawing soft sighs and whimpers from her. Not knowing it could be this…stimulating, his curiosity got the better of him.

"Don't take this the wrong way, Lois, but are they real?"

She opened her eyes, and looked at him. "Of course, they're real, Clark!" she laughed, only slightly offended.

He blushed, and shrugged his shoulders. "I just mean, you know, some people add stuff to them to embellish them, y'know, bring them out more," he explained, blushing even harder.

Touched by the fact that he would blush while asking her a question like that, she smiled.

"I promise you, Clark, they're 100%, board-certified, straight from nature, real," she laughed.

"Mmmm," he murmured, lowering his head. "Good."

She closed her eyes again as he continued to tantalize her.

"They're so perfect, Lois, just like you."

She hummed in contentment, wrapping her arms around him, threading her fingers through his hair, down his cheek, anywhere she could reach, holding him to her.

"They're so soft, and dainty," he continued. "I could just…" he trailed off, and she sucked in a deep breath, curling her fingers through his hair.

"Oh, god, Lois," he whispered heatedly. She flinched slightly.

"Clark, honey, you don't have to shout."

"Sorry, honey, they're just so incredible, I can't get enough!"

"I know, sweetheart, I know," she said, smoothing her hands over his head.

After a few more moments, he lifted his head to look into her soft brown eyes, shining with passion. His own gaze was slightly glazed, and he was breathing heavily when he spoke.

"Oh, honey, they're so perfect. Promise me you'll never change them."

She lifted a hand to his face, running a finger down one cheek.

"I promise."

"Oh Lois," he exclaimed huskily. "I just love your ears!"
